User Research Internship

What you will do

As a User Research intern you help with qualitative and quantitative research projects. You are involved in every project from start to finish. We use all kinds of different methods, such as interviews, focus groups and surveys. After each study, you analyze the results and prepare a clear report. With these insights, you inform and inspire colleagues in other teams about the target group, which in turn helps them make decisions. During your internship you will work closely with a senior colleague and you will receive a lot of coaching and feedback.

You're our ideal intern if...

  • You are pursuing or have pursued a master's degree in the field of Product Design, Psychology or Marketing.

  • You are available for at least 5 months and are able to work at least 32 hours per week.

  • You are extremely curious about what drives users and (potential) customers.

  • You keep an overview and remain accurate, even if several tasks come your way.

  • Experience with interviewing customers or researching needs in the market.

  • You are open, social and curious.

  • You are a strong communicator, both written and spoken.

  • You speak the Dutch language fluently.
