Crisp is the supermarket app that makes it very easy to get products full of flavour, in full season, for a good price and without unnecessary additives. Our mission is to make better food accessible to more people. And we can really use your help! What you will do

As a Recruitment intern at our head office you can learn many different things in the field of both HR and Recruitment. You support the team with various tasks, such as:

  • You coordinate the recruitment process by, among other things, maintaining email contact with candidates who apply to us.
  • With your smooth pen you write powerful and creative texts that are in line with our unique tone-of-voice.
  • You contribute to setting up a good onboarding to give our new Crispies a warm welcome and a good start.
  • Stars know stars: you help in the succession of interns.
  • You proactively search for the perfect candidates through multiple channels and ensure that our vacancies are on the right platforms.
  • You have good ideas on how we can improve our Employer Branding strategy.

You're our ideal intern if...

  • You are currently pursuing a HBO/WO degree.
  • You are available for at least 5 months, preferably from August or September.
  • You are available 32 to 40 hours.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • You have an open, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • You work accurately and ensure that our applicants remain fans of Crisp even if they are rejected.
  • Know how to work with Powerpoint and Excel is a plus.
