Learning & Development Internship

Our growing Learning & Development team helps everyone at Crisp to continue to develop. As a Learning & Development intern you have an important role in further building our Learning Experience Platform. You provide the right content on the platform. You do this by, among other things, interacting with colleagues and thinking together how we can best reach the various target groups within Crisp. You are proactive, have strong communication skills and are motivated to help build a great platform that everyone within Crisp will soon use. Will you join our team this coming September for at least 6 months?

Crisp is the supermarket app that makes it very easy to get products full of flavour, in full season, for a good price and without unnecessary additives. What you will do

As a Learning and Development intern you ensure that the content on our Learning Experience platform is alive. You have a lot of contact with your colleagues from our L&D team. You ensure that content resonates with the right target group and is in line with the offline training that our employees also receive. You mainly do this for our logistics-operational teams in our warehouses and delivery hubs.

  • You ensure that our platform looks completely 'Crisp'. You do that with the design options of the platform. You also connect with our creative team for photography and videos.
  • You set up the platform in such a way that all users see content that is relevant to them. To do this, you create content on your own initiative and at the request of others.
  • You will collaborate with multiple teams within Crisp to create content that appeals to our different target groups.
  • You are the one who ensures that the platform is always up-to-date with instructive information for your colleagues.

You're our ideal intern if...

  • You are currently pursuing a HBO or WO degree in the field of Hotel Management, HRM, Creative Business or Marketing.
  • You are available for at least 6 months, but preferably longer, for 40 hours a week. You can spend 1 day of that time on your research or thesis.
  • You have a creative mind and like to think about how to engage target groups in new ways.
  • You can work independently, but also know how to work pleasantly and effectively with teammates.
  • You are proactive and do not wait for the work to come to you. You see for yourself where opportunities lie and go for them.
  • You are a strong communicator. You like to communicate and switch with different target groups.
  • You speak the Dutch language fluently.
  • You are an optimistic go-getter.
