Crisp is one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe. Our Growth team plays an important role in this. We use our data to introduce Crisp to as many people as possible each month. And of course also to be able to continue to serve those customers at their beck and call once they get to know us. That is why we are looking for an intern who can support our Growth Strategy Manager with analytical issues. At Crisp you will find yourself in a challenging environment with a lot of responsibility and good guidance. Will you join our team in September for at least 5 months?

What will you will do

As a Growth Strategy intern you get a glimpse behind the scenes of our Growth team. 

  • You support the Growth Strategy Manager with analytical issues about attracting and retaining new customers – in the Netherlands and abroad. A few examples: What types of customers can we distinguish, and how do they behave in relation to our marketing campaigns? What effects do our marketing campaigns have on customer buying behavior, both short and long term? What are the differences and similarities between our Flemish and Dutch customers?
  • You participate fully in the Growth team within our Marketing team. There is a lot of room to learn. For example, we organize a weekly marketing 'deep dive' in which the various marketing teams share their expertise. You will also attend the biweekly 'testing meetings' in which the results of all A/B tests are shared. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams within Crisp, for example Data & Analytics, Brand and Product.

You're our ideal intern if...

  • You are currently pursuing or have pursued a university degree with a strong quantitative component, for example Economics, Econometrics or a technical study.
  • You have experience with coding in Python, R, SQL or equivalent.
  • You are available at least 32 hours a week for at least five months.
  • You have preferably already completed an internship at a consultancy firm, other scale-up or corporate. 
  • You are proactive, curious, and you work accurately and independently.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are structured in elaborating your findings.
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive and fit well within a fast-growing organization with ditto ambitions.
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch.
